According to Foxx’s spokesperson, Foxx is supposedly “confident” the recent sexual assault lawsuit against him will be dropped as mentioned in this Yahoo article. News of the accusations came about earlier when it was revealed that Foxx allegedly is being sued. According to the below TikTok video posted by user @yurbestfriendjoshua, Foxx has been accused of a rooftop sexual assault that happened years ago in New York City.

As mentioned in the TikTok video, the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, claimed Foxx was at Catch NYC in 2015 and the incident occurred around 11 pm. The plaintiff, Jane Doe, claimed Foxx put his hands on her waist, moved them under her top, and rubbed her breasts as mentioned in the article. She also claimed Foxx slid his hand into her pants. She allegedly suffered pain, suffering, and emotional distress as a result.
Foxx’s reported spokesperson response is the first update since the news broke earlier. Foxx supposedly “intends to file a malicious prosecution lawsuit against the plaintiff who is suing, as well as her lawyers as noted here.
