Jamie Foxx took to his Instagram to share an update on his health after a terrifying scare earlier this year. Check out the viral video below of Foxx addressing his fans below:

Jamie Foxx Health Update
During the video, Foxx thanks everyone that prayed for him and sent him messages. He claims he went through something he thought he would “never ever go through.” He also states that he didn’t want people to see him like that, which is why he didn’t share many health updates. “I didn’t want you to see me with tubes running out of me,” he said “and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through.”
He said his daughter and sister saved his life. He thanks God and “great medical people” as well. “I cannot tell you how great it feels to have your family kick in in such a way- they kept it airtight.” He claims his family protected him.
He also debunks rumors that he is blind, cloned, and paralyzed. “I went to hell and back,” he said. “My road to recovery had some potholes as well.” He also claims he’s coming back and he’s able to work. He claims it’s been “tough” overall but wants to be remembered for the jokes he cracked and the movies he made.
“I’m on my way back,” he says as he finishes the video.
