Mr. Brightside by The Killers is trending on Twitter
Americans and Brits are supposedly fighting over who likes “Mr. Brightside” more.
Earlier this month was the 19th anniversary of the song “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers. Twitter user @HelenGradwell asked, “Do Americans even like that song?” and a Twitter war began.
The social rivalry between America and England has always been intense, but Americans are showing that they are very protective over the song and they are vocal.

Though it seems some British people didn’t know that The Killers are from The United States.
I genuinely really thought they were cause of how I’ve learned to associate Mr. Brightside with the UK
