Vanessa Hudgens showed off her baby bump on the Oscars red carpet.

After her recent marriage in December to her husband Cole Tucker, Vanessa Hudgens debuted her adorable baby bump as a first-time mom on the 2024 Oscars red carpet. Hudgens wore a long-sleeved, floor-length black Vera Wang dress to the event that highlighted her bump. She is co-hosting the Academy’s official highly-anticipated pre-show with Julianne Hough.

Hudgens shuts down previous pregnancy comments

This past week, Hudgens seemingly slammed pregnancy speculations that first came about back in October of 2023. “I literally just had a run-in with the public taking control over their opinion of me in a way that was disrespectful,” she said on the March 6 episode of the She Pivots podcast. “I went out on my bachelorette party in October and I posted video of me, and there are all these comments that are like, ‘Oh my god, you’re pregnant.”

Hudgens said people should be “more mindful” about pregnancy speculation: “Don’t make assumptions in all aspects of life, but especially over other women’s bodies.”
