Canadian snowbirds can finally get a taste of Food Dudes’ catering expertise as they expand their operations into the greater Miami area.
This coming January 2022, Toronto’s award-winning hospitality group, Food Dudes, will be expanding their culinary reach in Miami. This is all thanks to the growing number of Canadians spending their time at the south of the border. This new and exciting operation is also just in time for anyone who wishes to spend their time in a warmer climate without ever missing Food Dudes’ food!
Food Dudes is one of Toronto’s most revered hospitality groups. Founded in 2007, Chef Adrian Niman started the catering business in the comfort of his home kitchen. 4 years later, Chef Niman partnered with Lindsay Klein, who is now the CEO, and together they built a successful ship that continues to take the food industry by storm.

The group is known for their outstanding work at restaurants like Rasa, Clay and the crowd’s favourite pizza place, Blondies; Food Dudes continues to raise the bar by offering exemplary culinary experiences. During the summer months, they also dabble in food trucks. City folks have probably seen their trucks parked at music and art festivals like Digital Dreams, Field Trip, or Boots and Hearts.
As a fast-growing company, the pandemic year did not hinder Food Dudes’ success. It’s reported that the group saw an increase in growth in the past couple of years. They took over the food and beverage at Hotel X, further expanded Blondies–which now has 3 locations in the city– and are now in the process of moving to Miami. Not only that but the group also managed to grow their team from 176 during pre-pandemic to 270 employees! This all while the city faces one of its most difficult staffing issues in the hospitality industry!

Since they started as a catering business, Food Dudes has been known for their corporate event catering gigs. So far they have partnered with companies like Hudson’s Bay, professional sports company MLSE, Instagram, and Sick Kids Foundation. They also do wedding, private and BBQ events.
