INTL Collective founded by Dekel Katzav in 2017, is a streetwear label headquartered in Toronto.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Katzav was highly encouraged to travel the world and draw inspiration from the world around him. After spending months travelling across Asia, he found himself fully immersed in Japan where the streetwear subculture brought utility, quality and style. Shortly after returning from his travels, INTL Collective was born – the name drew inspiration from the international unity of people, ideas, street fashion and culture.
With no formal training in fashion design, Katzav spent many months of trial and error before bringing his first collection from paper to product. The passion project soon grew into a team of creatives where cut and sew garments were manufactured in limited quantities.
Now a reoccurring theme, INTL Collective brings together elements of mixed materials in all pieces and collections. Their primary goal is to allow people to fully express their individuality and separate themselves from the masses.
The products themselves are unisex and have unique high quality designs. These are clothes you can wear everyday while still having the impact and expression that is out of the ordinary. From jackets, sweatshirts, shirts, bottoms and accessories the site provides an array of choices that are not only on trend but distinctive. The price point is another selling point as everything has been priced so that it is accessible for as many people as possible.
The brand’s ethos of staying true to ones self and expressing this through their clothing is shown throughout the website. INTL Collective blends the worlds of art and fashion and makes them one. The website also features products from other streetwear brands that fit within the INTL Collective culture.
