Crystal McKinney Accuses Both Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Harvey Weinstein of Sexual Assault in Separate Lawsuits
June 2, 2025: Model Crystal McKinney has filed lawsuits against both music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein, alleging separate incidents of sexual assault.
Allegations Against Harvey Weinstein
In a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Federal Court, McKinney alleges that in 2003, Weinstein lured her and a friend to his hotel room under the pretense of discussing movie opportunities. She claims that after meeting at a nightclub, Weinstein brought them to his hotel, served them alcohol, and later sexually assaulted both women. Weinstein’s attorney has denied the allegations, suggesting the timing and motives are questionable.
Previous Lawsuit Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs
McKinney had previously filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in May 2024, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted her after a Men’s Fashion Week event that same year. She described becoming delirious from drug-laced marijuana and later losing consciousness. McKinney claimed the trauma led to a suicide attempt and long-term psychological distress. Combs, who is separately facing sex trafficking charges, has denied all allegations. His legal team insists on his innocence and has criticized the wave of lawsuits, stating that a fair judicial process will clear his name.
Ongoing Legal Proceedings
Both Weinstein and Combs are currently facing multiple legal challenges related to allegations of sexual misconduct. Weinstein, already convicted in California, is awaiting a retrial in New York after his previous conviction was overturned. Combs is undergoing prosecution in New York on charges including sex trafficking, kidnapping, and bribery, all allegedly part of a broader two-decade criminal enterprise; he faces a potential life sentence and has pleaded not guilty.
The developments in McKinney’s lawsuits highlight the ongoing efforts to hold high-profile figures accountable for alleged sexual misconduct.
