In the video, the duo is performing their dance and it looks as though they share a quick peck in the middle of it- but did they? One of the judges, Bruno Tonioli, thought so! During his critique, Tonioli asked Jowsey if he was kissing Arnold, to which Jowsey replied, “Yeah, a little bit.” Arnold also started laughing.
