Dubbed the female Hanson 20 years later, Triple Charm is officially taking Gen Z by storm with their collection of music and viral dance videos. Today, HOLR is chatting with the dynamic sister trio about their journey in the music industry, where their inspiration comes from, their latest music, and what fans can expect in 2022!

As an iconic all-girl pop group-dubbed the female Hanson 20 years later- talk to us about your journey in the music industry and how you got started.

Music has always been a major part of our lives. We started dancing when we were really young. I started singing when I was around 6 years old, and then in 2018 was when the rest of the girls started singing.

We started singing during The World Championship of Performing Arts, which was like the Olympics of Performing Arts where 62 countries compete, so that’s when the trio started singing! We’ve loved it ever since and started writing music, etc.

Tell us about your hit summer single Summer Again. What can listeners expect from this song?

We wrote this at the end of the school year last year and we were super excited for summer. We wanted to write a song that captures all summer feelings- summer memories, happy vibes. It’s really summer bottled up into a song!

We imagine listeners listening to the song in the car, windows down. Hopefully, it transports you to some happy days at the beach!

Where does your inspiration come from, and who are some famous faces in the industry you’ve gotten the opportunity to work with?

Inspiration comes from what we’re feeling at the time. We always want to bring a strong message and connect with our audience in some way.

For famous faces in the industry, when we first started in 2018 we reached out to Heather Miley who has worked with  Selena Gomez, Madison Beer, etc. We reached out to her to write music and we worked together on our first three songs.

For the last song that was released, we worked with Andre, who is a Latin Grammy winner-producer.

Exciting news! You’re premiering your highly anticipated bilingual single “Don’t Need a Reason” on Sept. 16th, 2022 during Hispanic Heritage Month- what does this song encapsulate?

We wrote this song to really connect with our culture. We are 50% Puerto Rican so we wanted to write a song to pay homage to that. In Hispanic culture, dance is a huge part of our lives! It really encapsulates the power of dance.

What can your fans look forward to in 2022?

Of course, our new single coming out in September! We’re looking forward to working on new music, and making content! New music will be a consistent thing we also want to be more consistent on our YouTube channel! We’ve got a lot of requests to post more long-form videos on YouTube.
