Singer, actress and dancer Jennifer Lopez confirms rekindled romance rumours with ex-beau, Ben Affleck, in a fiery Insta Photo. While vacationing on a yacht in St. Tropez for Jennifer’s 52nd birthday the two sealed the deal with a kiss.
After calling off their engagement 17 years ago, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted together. Rumours began stirring in May of 2021 when recently single Jennifer and Ben were reported to be vacationing together in Montana. Lopez had recently called off her engagement with former baseball player Alex Rodriguez in April of 2021. The two were spotted driving together near Big Sky Resort where Affleck has a house. In the week following Affleck was seen flying to Miami to see Lopez, where they were spotted at the gym. Following this sighting, Lopez’s mom was on the set of Affleck’s latest movie in Las Vegas.
The potential rekindling of the iconic 2000’s couple has almost been too much to handle for many Millennials. It has made for some hilarious early 2000s call-back jokes.

Well, Bennifer fans hold onto your hats! After 17 years apart, 5 kids between the two of them, and two divorces they appear to be coming back as hot and heavy as before. Affleck whisked Lopez away for her 52nd birthday, spending time on a mega-yacht in the French Riviera. On her Birthday Lopez posted an Instagram album of photos from the trip with the caption “5 2 … what it do …” with the last photo in the album being the spicy photo that confirmed all rumours for fans.

Fans were not the only ones excited about this reunion. A flood of celebrities was just as excited leaving comments on her Instagram post. Vanessa Hudgens commented “Iconic” and Stephanie Shepherd Suganami commented, “I’M SCREAMING”.

Many Bennifer fans seemed to notice similarities between their most recent vacation and JLo’s 2002 “Jenny from the Block” music video. Paparazzi photos capture what appears to be a re-enactment of the famous yacht scene. Lopez is tanning while Affleck sits beside her with his hand on her derrière.
Let’s hope that this fiery fling between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck stays lit!
