Keke Palmer’s Boyfriend Criticizes Her Outfit: “I Have Standards”

Keke Palmer’s boyfriend, and the father of her child, publicly criticized an outfit she wore to an Usher concert

Keke Palmer attended an Usher concert at his Las Vegas residency, looking absolutely stunning. A fan captured a video of Usher serenading Keke at the show. Take a look:

Her boyfriend Darius Jackson saw this and felt the need to insult her. In a recently deleted tweet he said: “It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom.”

Though he had something to say about Keke, the mother of his child, people had more to say back at him in response. Twitter user @DanBoyWonder said: “Shaming yo own partner online because they wore an attractive outfit is high levels of insecurity”

@smoldumblesbo said: “The moment men start seeing woman as mother figures they forget that they have any duality outside of that and thing they can’t be multifaceted. Keke Palmer better drop his hating ass”
Darius felt the need to defend himself saying, in another deleted tweet, that he has standards and morals. Apparently he thinks Keke disrespected him and his (their) family by wearing what she did. Here’s the full tweet:

Keke Palmer didn’t directly respond Jackson online, but she did post photos of herself at the Usher concert captioning: “I wish I had taken more pictures but we were running late! I am telling y’all right now, if you haven’t seen @usher YOU MUST GO!! HE WAS SO FABULOUS!!”

Usher showed his support for Keke, commenting on the photo: “The Big Boss!! Thank U for coming 🙏🏾”. Darius Jackson has now deactivated his twitter account and both he and Keke have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
