Jonathan Majors In Court

Jonathan Majors attended his first day in court to address the assault and harassment charges against him. Majors already has a lot of attention on him from the arrest, but what really surprised people was his rumored girlfriend, Meagan Good, attended the hearing. The couple was seen walking hand-in-hand to The Manhattan Criminal Courthouse. Allegedly they have been in a romantic relationship since early last month; Jonathan Majors had already been arrested and charged by then. Majors was charged with “three counts of assault in the third degree, aggravated harassment in the second degree, three counts of attempted assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree” all of this referring to his relationship with his now ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. Though Majors has proclaimed his innocence more women have come forward recounting similar experiences with the actor.

Despite this Jonathan Majors’ legal team is confident in their defense. Majors’ attorney Priya Chaudhry released a statement saying, “Within a few weeks of these false allegations, we provided the District Attorney with evidence of Mr. Majors’ innocence. Last week, we delivered additional compelling evidence to the District Attorney, Following this, we strongly requested the District Attorney dismiss all charges against Mr. Majors immediately.”

Meagan seems to be sticking with Jonathan through this process. Meagan’s ex-husband DeVon Franklin spoke on Good’s new romance with Majors in an interview with “The Breakfast Club” saying he has “no hate” towards Good or Majors despite the seriousness of the allegations, but the public is not showing her the same support.
