As noted in the TikTok video, Billy Ray’s son Christopher was born in April 1992. Miley, the daughter of Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, was born in November 1992. Supposedly, the TikToker goes on to detail that sources claim that Billy Ray and Tish met in 1991 but didn’t get married until December 1993. That would be approximately a year after Miley was born.
