Miley Cyrus headlines at Lollapalooza and reads shady fan posters in a punk rock catsuit!

Things got interesting at Lallapalooza in Santiago, Chile over the weekend during Miley Cyrus’ set. The pop star took a break from performing to read some of the signs held up by her fans. But, one particular sign has got people rehashing old drama. 

“F**k Nick Jonas”

The “Wrecking Ball” singer read a fan poster aloud that read “f**k Nick Jonas”. As fans erupted she continued, “I didn’t say it! I didn’t say it! Just one of the other signs!”

Cyrus also posted a video of the moment to her Instagram. She captioned the post, “Y’all said this shit not me…. Chile youuuu are WILD! Thank u! ”

Miley headlined the event at Parque Bicentenario Cerrillos playing fan favourite songs from her albums over the years. One sign requested for the artist to sing the “Hoedown Throwdown” in which Miley replied that she didn’t remember the words. Luckily for her, the crowd did and picked up where she left off after singing a line. 

After reading a few more signs, Miley sang a breakup track she wrote about Nick Jonas back in 2008, “7 Things”.  

The pair met while working on the Disney Channel and were linked to one another in 2006 and 2007. In June, Miley celebrated the 13-year anniversary of “7 Things” with an Instagram post. The two-time Grammy nominee tagged Nick in the post of her singing the song at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. Also seen in the post is another one of Nick’s exes, Selena Gomez, who appears to be dancing along to the track. 

The caption read, “It’s a song about how I should hate him, but I don’t, and I don’t know why,” she wrote. “It’s about forgiving, not forgetting.” 

Catsuits 

However, the shade thrown at Nick wasn’t the only thing that has got people talking. Miley is known for her edgy outfits and her Lollapalooza looks were no exception! 

Miley took to the stage in a metallic blue skintight mock neck catsuit. The 29-year-old singer accessorized the look with black gloves, oversized sunglasses and metallic blue eyeshadow. 

Additionally, Miley has been spotted in a few more catsuits including an open-back black catsuit by Koral.
