Miley Cyrus’ mom, Tish Cyrus, made the announcement by posting an Instagram photo of her engagement ring on April 29. “A thousand times…. YES ❤️ @dominicpurcell.” the photo caption read.

The post includes two photos of the couple, a close-up of Tish’s engagement ring, and a photo of them holding each other. According to E! News, Tish Cyrus, and the Prison Break actor made their relationship public in November 2022, shortly after Billy Ray Cyrus announced his engagement to Firerose.

Tish and Dominic made their new relationship public via Instagram in November 2022. Miley Cyrus’ mother posted a photo of them holding each other next to a pool. She then posted a message that read, “In God’s perfect timing, everything will turn out right!”, as seen here. Since their relationship became public, Tish and Dominic have been seen spending time with their families together.

The relationship started shortly after Tish filed for divorce from her ex-husband, Billy Ray Cyrus. They were married for almost 30 years before splitting in April 2022. In an exclusive chat with People, an insider shared the couple’s joint statement. “It is after 30 years, five amazing children and a lifetime of memories, we have decided to go our separate ways — not with sadness, but with love in our hearts,” it read. “We have grown up together, raised a family we can be so proud of, and it is now time to create our own paths. We will always be family and look forward to a continued and loving shared experience as friends and parents.
