The transgender beauty guru was arrested back in November on Felony Assault charges “after throwing water at police officers and security guards” as mentioned here.

According to this article, Nikita was taken to Miami-Dade County’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. Reps for the social media star stated that she was “placed in a men’s unit of the jail.” The article goes on to say that Nikita was “identified on the arrest affidavit as “male.” This stirred up controversy online after a video of Nikita attending bond court surfaced in which she specified her pronouns as “she” and “her.”

Nikita’s choice to launch an OnlyFans account comes just months after her arrest.
