May 25, 2025: Olivia Rodrigo fans are eagerly awaiting news of her third album, but as of now, there’s no official announcement. After wrapping up her massively successful GUTS World Tour, Rodrigo is taking some time off—and staying away from the studio.

In a recent Instagram post, Olivia jokingly shared that she’s “in all places except that damn studio,” hinting that she’s not currently working on new music. While the comment was light-hearted, it disappointed many fans who were hoping for an imminent album drop.

Following the success of SOUR (2021) and GUTS (2023), Olivia has been on a whirlwind of tours, press events, and award shows. She wrapped her world tour in July 2025 and seems to be using this time to recharge and focus on herself before jumping into her next creative era.
