According to this TikTok video posted by user @mariahkat, this is the alleged reason why Vanessa left Selling Sunset.

Vanessa was on Seasons 4 and 5 of Selling Sunset, previously. However, she was absent in the latest season (Season 6) and her absence was not mentioned in the show. At the end of Season 5, she could be seen at an airport, likely going to see her now-husband, Nick.
As noted in the TikTok video, Vanessa allegedly rejoined the L.A. luxury brokerage, The Agency, where she started her career. The Agency was part of Netflix’s “Buying Beverly Hills” series.

Vanessa also claims that it was a mutual decision to leave Selling Sunset, between her and production.

Some fans in the comment section thought Vanessa’s initial departure was due to being with her now-husband, Nick (who also goes by Tom Fraud), who she married late last year. The duo was supposedly going to move out of California – which seemingly explained her exit from Selling Sunset in season 5- but it seems like this was not the case.
