An insider recently opened up to Us News about the rumored romance between Gigi Hadid and Leo DiCaprio. According to the source, their relationship is more of “a no-strings ‘situationship’”. 

“Leo and Gigi have a friendly, no-strings ‘situationship’ right now,” the source said. “[They] travel so often, so it’s best for them to keep their relationship open and fluid. Neither one of them wants to settle down at the moment.” the insider added.

The two were spotted together for the first time in September 2022, when rumors about a potential relationship appeared. Back then, an insider addressed the speculations. “He thinks she’s beautiful of course but also a wise and cool character who’s got a very cultured and educated take on life,” the source said, as noted here. “Everyone’s happy to see them together, even though it did catch a lot of them off guard.” the insider added. 

In February 2023, another insider revealed that Hadid and DiCaprio had broken up. “Gigi and Leo are no longer dating,” the source said. “Things just organically tapered off between them. [The twosome] were at different points in their life, and it just didn’t work out between the two of them.” they added, as mentioned in this article.

The model shares one daughter with her ex-partner, Zayn Malik. Before splitting up, the former couple dated for five years and called it quits in 2021. However, Hadid and Malik agreed to co-parent their child.
