Former child star and CSI Miami actor Evan Ellingson found dead.

Another former child star, Evan Ellingson has been found dead in his bedroom at a sober living home at the age of 35 in Fontana, CA, on Nov. 5.

Ellingson’s cause of death has been listed as “pending.”

However, TMZ was able to confirm that no foul play is suspected.

Additionally, Ellingson’s father spoke with TMZ, releasing a brief statement in regard to his son.

While Ellingson’s dad Michael confirmed that his son had struggled with drugs in the past, Michael said his son had been “doing better.”

Here was Ellingson in CSI Miami where he played the recurring character of Kyle, the son of lead actor David Caruso’s Horatio Caine.

Also, you can see him in ‘My Sister’s Keeper’ alongside Cameron Diaz.

What happened on November 5?

Meanwhile, as the official cause of death is still pending there have been some minute details leaking out.

But most notably there has been some background in the otherwise little-known actor.

Specifically, that Ellingson had previously lost his older brother to an overdose in 2008.

Did that lead to the young actor’s downfall and was the reason he stepped away from acting after CSI Miami?

Unfortunately, no further information has been brought forward at this time.
