Austin Butler and Kaia Gerber were spotted holding hands on a romantic date night in Hollywood on April 5 while maintaining a low profile.

According to images obtained by E! News, the duo was photographed while holding hands in Los Angeles on Wednesday, April 5. Butler wore a black hoodie, a leather jacket, and a trucker hat. Meanwhile, Gerber wore a long-sleeved top and had her hair down.
The couple has constantly tried to keep their relationship a secret since they first met in 2021 whilst attending a yoga class together. Despite their efforts to keep things low-key, they have been spotted together on multiple occasions.
Butler and Gerber were also seen together earlier this month at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles to interact with the patients.

The hospital stated on March 30 via their official Instagram account, “This week, @kaiagerber and @austinbutler stopped by the hospital to share some joy with our patients during @makemarchmatter!” alongside a series of photographs of the duo participating in various activities with the children.
“We had a full house to play, watercolor, play Jenga, and jam out with Kaia and Austin. Thank you so much! ??♥️ #makemarchmatter,” they added.
Butler previously dated Vanessa Hudgens for over a decade before their breakup in January 2020. Kaia, on the other hand, had previously been linked to Jacob Eloridi. They were together for about a year before splitting in November 2021.
