The menu, helmed by Executive Chef Adrian Niman, Head Chef Andrew Ttooulias, and Project Chef Cory Kurtzman of Nobu Miami, includes Japanese-inspired plates and light bites, new-style sashimi, rolls, and nigiri from the 28th-floor sushi bar. Delicious menu items such as Hamachi Crudo, Wagyu Katsu, Short Rib, and a Maitake Mushroom, offer an elevated cuisine and are distinctly unique to please Valerie’s refined palette.
