Bam Margera turned himself in on Thursday, authorities confirm.

PageSix confirmed that Bam Margera surrendered to the Pennsylvania State Police after an arrest warrant was issued. According to the news, the Jackass star turned himself in on Thursday morning. The source adds that Margera has not been imprisoned.

One day before turning himself in, Bam addressed his “disappearance” in a series of Tweets. “I mean I can talk to my lightbulbs. My car can back out of the garage and pick me up at the front door. Police should be able to track a phone right?” he wrote in a Tweet, as seen here.

The news come shortly after Bam was involved in a physical altercation with his brother, Jess Margera. The incident took place on Sunday morning and Jess suffered minor injuries, as noted by NBC News. According to the Jackass alumn’s lawyer, Margera will plead not guilty. “Families have disputes all the time. Every family has disputes. This isn’t a dispute that should play out in the courts or the media,” the attorney said, as noted by the same source.

After he surrendered on Thursday, Bam addressed his decision via Instagram. ”I just got out of the courthouse with my lawyers. Everything went great and the false accusations of what my brother says are not true and he will be sued for defamation as well as being evicted from castle bam sooner than later. The reason this happened is because I read his phone saying he wants me back in California and he wants to find a way to 302 me. F- him”, he captioned his latest post.
