December 30, 2024: Brandi Glanville hasn’t had sex in more than a year amid her battle with facial disfigurement.

The 52-year-old television personality recently revealed she spent more than $70,000 trying to fix her face amid fears her mystery symptoms were caused by a parasite.

And the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star has now revealed she was told by ‘Botched’ plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow that it could take up to “five years” for her face to be fixed, and she is frustrated because it’s stopping her from meeting people.

Speaking on her ‘Brandi Glanville Unfiltered’ podcast, she said: “Five years is way too long for me to wait.

“I have s*** to do. I have places to go, people to make out with. I have not had sex since last October. I haven’t kissed [or] made out with anyone. I haven’t socialised, really.”

Brandi is determined to get to the “bottom” of any underlying problems causing her facial issues and decided not to have Terry work on her face.

She went on: “I want to run tests, and I wanna get another MRI and another CAT scan and do all the things. I wanna get to the bottom of this. I just don’t wanna guess at what it is.”

Brandi’s face has left “four great doctors” and herself rather “perplexed” over what the cause is.

She continued: “I have four different opinions from these four different great doctors of what it could possibly be.

“So if they’re perplexed, I’m perplexed, and there is no answer right now, you know? That’s it.”

Brandi quipped: “My face is f***** but it is what it is. I had 50 good years.”

The reality star felt a huge relief once she went public with her blemished face.

She said: “I was hiding and isolating in f****** misery, not wanting to share what was going on with anyone and not wanting to see anyone.”

In 2023, Brandi started suffering from facial swelling which left her struggling to speak and she was initially told her issues could be down to fillers, which she had resolved, but Brandi underwent more tests which revealed it could be a very different cause.

She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “Once my face was swelling, I wasn’t able to speak and then it started sinking in … So I’ve gone to an immunologist, an infectious disease doctor, a rheumatologist, an ENT [ear, nose and throat specialist]. They sent me to have my face checked for old filler so that was all resolved … because I haven’t had filler in a long time.

“I’ve been to every doctor under the sun, I’ve had IV antibiotics at my house every day for six weeks … I’ve been on meds this whole year. I don’t socialise.

“I don’t go out and I’m just spending all of my money on trying to figure out what’s wrong with me.”

When asked how much money she has spent so far, Brandi replied: “Over $70,000 … with not working as well for the past few years … I’m stressed.”

Brandi was informed by doctors that a parasite could have caused the issues, and Brandi suspected she could have contracted it from food during a trip to Morocco.
