The New World Tour Childish Gambino
On Tuesday, Donald Glover announced that he’ll be going on a world tour this year as Childish Gambino. Named “The New World Tour” is Glover’s first tour since 2019. Joining him for different halves of the tour are Willow and Amaarae.
Childish Gambino tour dates
The 58-day tour begins on August 11th in Oklahoma City, Glover will make stops in major cities including Toronto, Pittsburg, Detroit, Washington, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Chicago. Willow joins this portion of the tour.
The tour then travels with Amaarae to Europe with shows in Milan, Oslo, Copenhagen, Brussels, Glasgow, London, and Dublin before finishing the final leg of the tour in Australia. The final show is on February 11th in Perth.
Donald Glover Childish Gambino new album
The tour announcement came on the heels of a new album, “Atavista”, a reissue of “3.15.20” from 2020. Per a related article, fans can expect familiar tracks alongside the singer’s new song “Little Foot Big Foot” featuring Young Nudy.

Little Foot Big Foot Childish Gambino
In the same X post explaining the re-issuance of his 2020 album and a tease for an upcoming summer 2024 album, Glover linked to the music video for “Little Foot Big Foot”.
Directed by Hiro Murai, the music video shows Glover as his singing and rapping persona Childish Gambino performing with two other men in a bar for patrons who appear unimpressed by what they see. The music video is shot in black and white and features Quinta Brunson of “Abbott Elementary” fame.
Who is Donald Glover Childish Gambino
Donald Glover is a writer, actor, singer, rapper, producer, director, and comedian. Glover began his career as a writer on 30 Rock while still a student at NYU. He then starred as Troy Barnes in Community, eventually moving into singing under the stage name Childish Gambino.
Glover is also known for being the creator, writer, and star of the hit show Atlanta. The show, Glover, and other members of the cast received numerous accolades including Emmy and Golden Globe Awards. He also starred as Lando Calrissian in the Ron Howard-directed Solo: A Star Wars Story alongside Alden Ehrenreich and Emilia Clarke.
