There is no concrete evidence to support this alleged claim but it follows news that Noah and her mom Tish Cyrus’ current husband, Dominic Purcell, were reportedly seeing one another before he married her mother. It is also alleged that Noah and Tish supposedly are not speaking as a result of this supposed relationship triangle.
