Exclusive updates from E! News state that Raquel Leviss has been granted a temporary restraining order against Scheana Shay following physical assault allegations. The incident took place on March 2 in New York City.

In the official documents, Raquel Leviss mentioned that her ex-coworker had “pushed her against a brick wall,” which resulted in a “black eye and cut/scar to left eyebrow, blurred vision & swelling to left eye.” according to the E! News updates. The injuries can be easily observed in photos the reality star presented to the LA Superior Court.

In the document for the Superior Court, Leviss mentioned she had been told Scheana Shay “doesn’t regret the physical attack”. “Currently, mutual friends & co-workers are telling me she doesn’t regret the physical attack on me,” she said. “and would do it again if she found that further emotional distress was caused to our mutual friend.” was also mentioned in the document.

As E! News added, Scheana’s representatives haven’t made any public statements on the incident.
