Salmon sushi bake is the most popular variation of the recipe. The recipe typically requires making rice and adding sesame oil, rice vinegar, or sushi seasoning. Salmon is chopped up and combined with Japanese mayo and sriracha, as well as freshly cut green onions. The rise is then put into a casserole dish and Furakake seasoning is added generously on top. The salmon mixture is then evenly spread on top and the dish is baked typically for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
