As noted in the TikTok video, Powell reportedly lost his girlfriend at the time over this alleged infidelity news, but now he’s supposedly “ready” to talk about it, as mentioned by the TikToker. Recent news outlets reported that Powell called the rumors “disorienting and unfair” – however, he didn’t call them untrue.

Powell and Sweeney were both in relationships during the time they filmed their newest movie Anyone But You, when rumors started swirling that the duo were romantically involved. Powell and his then-girlfriend, Gigi Paris seemingly broke up because of the news while Sweeney is still engaged to finacé Jonathan Davino.
Videos started coming out- such as this one below reposted by user @pams_teapot- with the duo allegedly getting really close during filming, and Sweeney supposedly wasn’t wearing her engagement ring at the time some of this alleged photo and video footage came out.
