Hailey Bieber Limits Comments Amid Selena Gomez Feud Online

It has been quite the week for Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez. Both of their names have been plastered in the media due to this insinuated drama, not to mention resurfaced videos coming out every which way on TikTok.

It seems that instead of addressing the drama, Hailey Bieber has decided to take a stand on the harassment in her comment section by limiting them altogether.

Bieber posted an Instagram photo dump with the caption, ‘cheerio ?’. Her followers noticed right away that ‘Comments on this post have been limited.’ Users believe that her reasoning for this is to avoid the drama and turn a blind eye.

According to Twitter, the comments left underneath her posts were extremely vile. Comments included misogyny, mocking infertility health issues and body shaming.

Selena Gomez Takes Online Hiatus

While fans add more fuel to the fire, Selena Gomez hopped on a TikTok live where she briefly discussed the drama online and insinuated at a social media break.

On the live, Gomez speaks on loving herself and not caring about what inputs people have on her physical appearance.

“I’m good, I love who I am, I don’t care. I’m big, I’m not, I don’t care. I love who I am.” She says, “And yeah, I’m gonna be taking a second from social media ’cause this is a little silly. And I’m 30, I’m too old for this.” From there she ends her live, claiming she loves her fans with a laugh.

Gomez has many projects in store for her this year, including running her Rare Beauty line, and her involvement with season 3 of  ‘Only Murders in the building’.

Only Murders in the Building is a comedic murdermystery podcast starring Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez. The trio plays three strangers who coincidentally move into the same Upper West Side apartment building and discover that the mysterious landlord is actually a serial killer. The three join forces to solve the mystery and track down the killer.
