As noted in the TikTok video, it is alleged that Jonas supposedly cheated on Turner last July with a 20-year-old model/fan. Recently, the pair sold their Miami mansion and have reportedly been seen without their wedding rings on, causing fans to speculate what happened.
There is no concrete evidence to support the claims that Jonas had an affair and the couple really do lead a fairly private life but could they really be calling it quits?

As also noted in the article, Jonas has reportedly had his people consult with at least 2 divorce lawyers causing fans to believe he is looking to end his marriage to Turner after 4 years. The pair also have 2 children together.
