Kim Zolciak sued by credit card company amid divorce.
Since her newly established divorce, Kim Zolciak found herself in a growing debt because Saks/Capital One filed a lawsuit!
And Saks/Capital One filed for a claim of over $150 000 in credit card fees according to documents obtained by Page Six.
Regarding the claim, the company cited that the former RHOA star failed to pay her bill since September 2022, when she paid $4,179.
In fact, the credit card company filed the suit the day Kroy filed the dissolution of marriage documents.
So, it would seem things will continue to get tough for the 45-year-old star going forward.
What happened to Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak?
Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak headed for divorce again!
First, Kim filed for divorce from her estranged husband back in May of this year.
Now though, it appears Kroy’s the one filing for divorce citing the marriage “irretrievably broken.”

This time, documents indicate Kroy requested sole legal custody of the couple’s children, alimony and child support.
Additionally, Kroy requested the use of the marital home they shared during their marriage.
During the initial divorce proceedings in May, accusations flew back and forward between the two.
First, Kim accused Kroy of smoking weed and for being a danger to their family while he accused her of having a gambling addiction.
And a $1M debt owed by the couple to the IRS also came to light.
In addition to a contentious divorce, the couple also received visits from the local police at home- allegedly hurling accusations at each other while officers were on scene.
Despite the allegations hurled back and forth, Kim and Kroy continued to live together in the marital home.
But apparently had a change of heart about divorcing and pulled the divorce documents in July.
However, this time Kim and Kroy appear determined to see the divorce through.
What caused Kim and Kroy’s relationship breakdown?

As Us Weekly reported, an unidentified source claimed that the couple experienced financial problems.
“The financial burdens have been a strain on their relationship; between the tax debt and other financial stresses, it’s been difficult. The tax debt was the straw that broke the camel’s back in their marriage.”
