Kourtney broke the news to Travis via a poster sign at one of his Blink-182 concerts! The sign read, “Travis I’m Pregnant.” In the video clip posted to the star’s social media, it shows her jumping and down with the sign while Travis comes over to give her a kiss in celebration.
