This incident left Garcia feeling uncomfortable and shocked. Following the encounter, he alleges that Megan instructed him never to discuss what he witnessed and subjected him to verbal abuse and fat-shaming.

According to Garcia, the harassment he endured was severe and pervasive, creating a work environment that became intolerable. He further claims that Megan’s actions led to changes in his compensation structure, resulting in a loss of earnings and emotional distress.

Despite working as Megan’s personal cameraman since 2018 and transitioning to a full-time role until June 2023, Garcia asserts that he was unfairly treated and eventually fired after raising concerns about his working conditions.

Garcia’s lawsuit seeks financial damages for the alleged harassment and employment violations, including unpaid wages and emotional distress. In response to the allegations, Megan’s lawyer has dismissed them as an attempt to extort money, affirming that they will address the matter through legal channels.
