Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola Returns

Sammi Giancola has recently announced that she is returning to the MTV franchise after a decade-long hiatus. The announcement, which came on Saturday, means that she is reuniting with the show’s cast and crew.

Giancola was part of the original ‘Jersey Shore’ cast from 2009 to 2012 but did not play any role in the show’s revival in 2018. However, after her ex and former castmate Ronnie Ortiz-Magro departed from the show, Giancola decided to come back. Supposedly, her decision to return to the show surprised many of the cast members.

In other news, an eyewitness spotted Giancola and her boyfriend Justin May dining at an Italian restaurant together and “looking really happy.”

It is also believed that the actress will soon address her budding romance with the fitness enthusiast on the show. An insider has said that Justin May “has gotten along with the cast.”

Where is ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ Filmed?

According to Daily Mail UK, the new reality series is being filmed in Florida. Some cast and crew have been seen checking in to Margaritaville Resort in Orlando wearing T-shirts that say “Family Fun Trip”. The team has also reportedly rented a pool for a private party.

Is Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Making Up with Giancola?

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, who famously broke up with Sammi Giancola in August 2014, was spotted in the lobby of the same hotel his ex is staying at. He was seen hanging out with the camera crew on April 7th but it was unclear if he has any intention of reconciling with Giancola.

Ortiz-Magro stepped away from ‘Jersey Shore’ in 2021 after facing legal issues, thus his appearance in Florida is a big deal for many fans. The last time Ortiz-Magro appeared in the show following his break was on the August 11th, 2022 episode.
