Rock The South Fight

The TikToker states that as the story goes, a group of gentlemen accused Reid of pouring a drink on them accidentally. However, other concertgoers claimed that Reid didn’t have a drink on him. Allegedly, that set these men off, and as a group, they decided to beat Reid up. As a result, Reid ended up badly beaten and was left unrecognizable.

HOLR will not be showing or linking the video as it contains graphic violence but it has been circulating widely on platforms such as Twitter and Facebook. However, the video shows disturbing footage of the men kicking and hitting Reid.

According to this article, police in Alabama are currently investigating the incident that left Reid brutally assaulted. Here is what Chief David Nassetta of the Cullman Police Department had to say about the investigation:

“The video is very chaotic, you can see there’s a lot of stuff going on and you can’t always rush to judgement and think you have the whole story in just that little snapshot of video. Were interested in seeing what happened before,” said Nassetta. “We’re not speculating as far as how it happened or what led to it, but the part we are concerned about is the 5-10 seconds where the victim is laying on the ground and he continues to be hit.”

The police are currently looking for the men involved in the graphic viral video and with the public’s help it is hopeful that they will be able to identify them. As noted here, Rock the South is supposedly offering a $10,000 reward and lifetime tickets for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever was responsible.
