Versatility and functionality are some of the reasons why Mejuri has become one of the leading luxury jewelry brands on the market. For the second time now, Mejuri is collaborating with UK-based street style famed and feted fashion editor Sarah Harris, with a few new collection pieces.
Mejuri is a Canadian-based brand that believes in making everyday fine jewelry that is for ourselves. “We believe in jewelry as an expression of self: that it can mean whatever you want; that you can wear it when you want, buy it when you want, gift it, celebrate with it, reward yourself with it and keep it forever.”
Mejuri has created fine jewelry that has become timeless, one minute it is a simple everyday piece that can transition into elegant formal pieces for an upscale evening out. CEO Noura Sakkijha founded Mejuri in 2015 with a purpose, “I founded Mejuri because I saw a jewelry industry that was built for men gifting women and not women celebrating themselves. To me, the truest expression of Mejuri is mutual uplift: all of us supporting each other, and you, our community, feeling empowered to invest in yourself and, in turn, the community around you.”
Now for the second time, Mejuri is collaborating with Sarah Harris, launching the collaboration of two earrings inspired by the classic Mejuri chain links. Sarah is a fashion icon on her own and in her work life as the director of British Vogue. With a career in fashion and the coolest hair ever, Harris and Mejuri were the perfect matches.
The earrings are a classic staple to Mejuri’s line, with one removable link the earrings go from daywear to night wear or from a brunch date to an evening out that quickly. The earrings were designed with versatility in mind, which was key for Harris of course being a feted fashion editor gives her that ability as well.
The Pavé Diamond Convertible Link Earrings $845:
These link earrings are solid 14k recycled gold, set with ethically sourced diamonds. The ability to change the number of links from two to one is a feature like no other. The versatility in the links alone allows for different stylings from day to night or from event to event.
The Two-Tone Convertible Link Earrings $230:
Handcrafted in 18k gold vermeil and sterling silver, the two-tone convertible earrings also convert from huggies to drop earrings. The two-tone brings elegance and so does the silver drop. The versatility is not only in the colour, or the functionality but in the ways in which you can style it.
The collaboration drops on October 11th.
