As mentioned in the TikTok video, Gomez has been involved in a lawsuit for the past 3 years against a video game company that supposedly used her image without her permission. The case is now reportedly over and Gomez has won as it was allegedly determined that the image used in the videogame looks just like one of Gomez’s cover shoots.
Gomez reportedly went after the company for $10 million although the exact amount she received from the company being found guilty for their actions has not yet been disclosed.
