With warm neutral tones, soft pastels, and unique terracotta finishes, Tori’s new collection captures the essence of Spring, making it easier than ever to elevate your living spaces while staying within budget.
HOLR sat down with Tori to chat about her latest collaboration with Walmart Canada. In this exclusive interview, Tori opens up about the inspiration behind the launch, shares insights on how this collection stands apart from her previous Holiday line, and dives into her favorite pieces. She also reveals the design process that helped bring her vision to life—combining functionality with timeless elegance to make this collection truly special.
What inspired the design choices behind your new Spring collection with Walmart Canada, especially the use of soft pastels and terracotta finishes?
I wanted this collection to feel airy and elegant. Similar in a way to our Holiday Collection, I wanted it to have a timeless vibe, but really embrace everything that spring has to offer. I’m obsessed with everything French-inspired, so when I thought about what I wanted this collection to represent, I wanted to embrace that bright aesthetic, but also add that touch of French countryside—which I think is very appropriate for spring. Everything is gorgeous but also very affordable. We wanted to make it easy for people to update their look and refresh their spaces for spring.
The soft pastels are really on-trend but I feel like they’re very timeless. I’m also obsessed with anything gingham (like this FRAÎCHE Spring Blue Gingham Tablecloth), and I love the pattern! For the terracotta, it brings such a warmth to a space. There’s a charming, rustic ruffled edge in the FRAÎCHE Spring Large Terracotta Planter Pot that I feel will help add a touch of sophistication to people’s spaces (FRAÎCHE Spring Small Terracotta Planter Pot available here).
How does this collection differ from your highly successful holiday line, and what makes it the perfect fit for the Spring season?
Our Holiday Collection was really about timeless traditions, in which it felt more moody and cozy. The warm candlelight and textures of the Holiday Collection brought about that cozy era.
For spring, we wanted to bring that same beautiful, thoughtful, elegant design but in an everyday living type of fashion. We wanted everything to feel more bright and airy—but still timeless. I think the details in life really matter, and I love the idea of taking every opportunity we have to elevate those everyday moments to make them special. That was the focus of this collection, celebrating spring and fresh beginnings.
Can you share any personal gardening tips or inspiration that influenced the items in the collection, like the planters or gardening tools?
I love to garden!
The fact that we were able to bring the garden-to-table vibe into this collection is really special to me. Gardening might be intimidating for some people if they haven’t gardened before, but it’s important to just have fun with it. My hope is for someone to pick up the FRAÎCHE Spring Metal Herb Planter Set or the FRAÎCHE Spring Gardening Tool Set in this collection and get inspired to just start somewhere. It should be fun, and not intimidating!
If you’re looking for a simple place to start, choose something that grows really well—like herbs. They’re great for cooking and adding a bit of greenery to a space. You can also invest in gardening tools that make you feel good and inspire you to get out there and garden. I think pieces can be functional and beautiful, so I love how the team was able to integrate these beautiful elements into the collection. For instance, the FRAÎCHE Spring Large Pearl Blue Watering Can is so classy—it’s blue with a beautiful French cream spout and handle. It’s so giftable, too!

What are some of your favourite pieces from the new collection, and how do they reflect your personal style?
One of the pieces I really adore is the FRAÎCHE Spring Faux Topiary Plant Terracotta Planter Décor. I love it because it’s stunning quality and the perfect size for indoor or outdoor spaces.
I am also such a baker and entertain a lot. The FRAÎCHE Spring Dinner Plates Set plus the FRAÎCHE Spring Baking Dish are just absolutely adorable! The value is incredible, too. They also make beautiful hostess gifts.
The FRAÎCHE Spring Large Pearl Blue Watering Can is another statement piece in the collection that I think is going to be really popular! It’s going to be a real conversation starter, where people are going to be asking, “Where did you get that from?”
What was it like working with Walmart Canada again? With affordability being a key focus, how did you balance creating stylish, high-quality pieces while maintaining Walmart’s everyday low prices?
Honestly, it’s been such a dream!
It’s such a gift to be able to work with Walmart Canada to bring these visions to life in such an incredibly efficient way. The customer is truly at the centre of every single thing that they do, and they were magicians at bringing this collection to life! The fact that we were able to create such beautiful, quality pieces at everyday low prices is amazing. I really love the dedication that the Walmart Canada team has.
