Euphoria Star, Sydney Sweeney Teams Up With Frankies Bikinis
Sydney Sweeney sat down with ELLE to discuss her new collab with Frankies Bikinis.
In the interview, Sydney was asked about why she decided on swimwear, here’s what she had to say.
“I grew up on the water, always running around in a bikini. If I wasn’t swimming in the lake or the ocean, I was skiing or attempting to surf. So there was always a part of me that wanted to create something that truly felt like me, and with Francesca and her incredible company, we really created something special.”

She went on to say that wearing Frankies Bikinis during filming Euphoria sparked the conversation for the collab.
“It definitely sparked the conversation!” Sweeney says, “We met in person at her Venice office and instantly hit it off. We were throwing around ideas and mood boards.”
In this past season of Euphoria, Cassie was a huge topic of discussion including her different makeup looks and different style types. Frankie Bikinis/Sydney Sweeney is a perfect marketing move!
The line is to launch on March 14th on the Frankies Bikinis website.
The Inspiration For The Line
Sweeney talks about the importance to express your ‘sexy side’ and feel free in your own body.
“I think it’s powerful to show the world you are unapologetically yourself. We wanted pieces that made people feel confident and free in their bodies.”
She also goes into depth about the concept of these pieces. The line is inspired by ‘Italian summer romance.’
“We felt Rome really captured and invoked the feelings behind the collection. We wanted a space that complimented the details on the pieces, but also somewhere we had the freedom to move and play.”
