Tom Holland And Zendaya in Sicily to Film New Movie?
March 25, 2025 – A Reddit user spotted Tom Holland and Zendaya arriving at Sicily Airport, fueling rumors that they are filming Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey together.
Christopher Nolan has his fans full directing the up-and-coming Greek epic The Odyssey. His cast consists of many Hollywood icons, including Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Benny Safdie, and Jon Bernthal, and Matt Damon stars as Odysseus.
Recently, two other stars have created a lot of buzz surrounding the movie: Tom Holland and Zendaya.
Tom Holland and Zendaya Filming Together?
Lovebirds Tom Holland and Zendaya were spotted arriving together with Matt Damon at a Sicily airport. Their two roles in The Odyssey have not yet been confirmed, but many have theorized that Tom will be playing Telemachus. Additionally, Reddit fans immediately saw the significance of their arrival regarding Zendaya’s role.

“This seemingly confirms the rumour that Zendaya plays Athena,” the original poster announced. They continue, “Telemachus doesn’t interact with any other major female characters other than Athena, so I’m pretty sure the rumours were accurate seeing as they’re going to film scenes together.”
Other commenters didn’t know what to think of these speculations. One wrote, “ I wouldn’t be at all surprised if she [Zendaya] is indeed playing Athena, I just don’t think ‘they arrived together to the set’ is any kind of confirmation of really anything at all. With the way production schedules work she might not even be filming at all and could literally just be there traveling with Tom. Anything is possible.”

While users discussed Tom and Zendaya’s roles in The Odyssey, others were talking about the couple’s relationship.
