It’s official! Raquel Leviss’ restraining order against co-star Scheana Shay has been dropped. HOLR is breaking down the details.

Following Tom Sandoval’s and Ariana Madix’s split as he allegedly had cheated on her with co-star Raquel Leviss, the Vanderpump Rules Drama escalated with a scandal between Leviss and Scheana Shay that involved a temporary restraining order. According to E! News, the restraining order was officially dropped on March 29 by the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County.

As the filming for the Vanderpump Rules reunion started recently, Raquel has made some exclusive statements about the restraining order to E! News. She has reported she would “not be moving forward with a permanent restraining order”, as that would prevent them from filming. “My attorney took my case off the court calendar Wednesday and is filing the appropriate paperwork requested by the court today to dismiss the TRO from moving forward after the 29th,” she said. “We let the court know I will not be moving forward with a permanent restraining order. My team tried to work with Scheana on a mutually beneficial agreement hoping to get the TRO dropped earlier so we could film together.” Leviss continued.

Additionally, Raquel has mentioned that the restraining order was “intended to provide a cooling-off period after I was punched, but I didn’t want to continue with the permanent RO nor did I want to cause Scheana further agony and stress.”

Vanderpump Rules Drama: Did Scheana Hit Raquel?

Raquel has been granted a temporary restraining order against co-star Scheana Shay following physical assault allegations. Shay has allegedly punched Leviss in the face leaving her with a “black eye and cut/scar to left eyebrow, blurred vision & swelling to left eye.” The incident followed Tom Sandoval’s and Ariana Madix’s break-up, as Tom had allegedly cheated on Scheana’s best friend, Ariana, with their co-star, Raquel Leviss.

“It was a request to dismiss a complaint or a civil lawsuit, but Rachel had requested a permanent restraining order, which is something completely different,” Shay’s lawyer told E! News. “This was just another public relations stunt by Rachel and her team.  If Rachel really wanted to make this go away, she would come out and publicly say the ‘punch’ never happened and she is sorry for all the harm she caused Scheana, Ariana, and her other friends.” the attorney continued.
