Daphne Joy has made serious allegations against her ex-partner, 50 Cent, accusing him of r*pe and physical abuse. In a recent Instagram post, Joy directly addressed 50 Cent by his legal name, Curtis James Jackson, and stated, “Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me.” She also expressed disappointment in him as a father to their 12-year-old son, Sire, and criticized his jokes about allegations against Diddy, saying, “Everything is a joke to you until our safety is compromised.” (here)

These accusations from Joy come in the midst of 50 Cent’s decision to pursue sole custody of Sire. This decision is based on allegations mentioned in producer Rodney Jones‘ lawsuit against Diddy, where Joy was reportedly referred to as a sex worker. A representative for 50 Cent emphasized that his main priority is the safety and well-being of his son, stating, “My son Sire is my main priority.”
Joy refuted these claims, denying the allegations of being a sex worker and expressing hurt over the lies in Jones’ lawsuit. She stated, “The claim that I am a sex worker is 100% false and character assassination,” and announced her intention to explore legal options against Jones and his attorney.

The history between Joy and 50 Cent includes a past incident in 2013 when the rapper was charged with domestic violence against Joy. He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor vandalism, stemming from an altercation where he allegedly kicked Joy and damaged her property.
