Sophie Turner is suing Joe Jonas. According to this TikTok video posted by user @dailymail, Turner has officially filed for custody of her and Jonas’ two children following the shocking news of their divorce.

As mentioned in the video, Turner wants to take her children (Willa, 3, and their second child, 1) back to the United Kingdom as it was allegedly previously discussed between the duo that this would be their “forever home.”
Both of their children have been raised in the United States since birth and now Turner has allegedly claimed that their children are being “wrongfully detained” in New York City as outlined in the reported recently filed documents. According to this article, Turnier is calling for “the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained.” It is also being alleged that the “wrongful retention” started on September 20.
The TikTok video states that Turner is a British National and hopes to return to the United Kingdom with their children. However, this would mean that Jonas would stay behind in the United States.
