According to this TikTok video posted by user @noahglenncarter, Jada Pinkett Smith- wife of Will Smith- claims that they’re “suing” following allegations of Will Smith having an affair with Duane Martin.

As the TikToker notes, these rumors were thought to have been started by a former friend and assistant of Will’s. The Smith family is not taking allegations lightly in which Jada came forward in a viral video quoting:
“We’re suing.”
The claims are reportedly not true and it is alleged that the former friend/assistant started this rumor because they felt like they needed to be compensated for Will’s memoir. Even though Will was willing to give him a certain amount, this person did not accept. Jada believes that this is why these claims came about.
Duane Martin and Will Smith Together?
A rumor has been running rampant online claiming that Will Smith slept with Duane Martin. Recently, Jada came forward to claim that they are taking legal action, denying allegations of infidelity. As noted in this article by PEOPLE, the rumor first came to light when someone named Brother Bilal made claims in an interview with Unwine With Tasha K that they saw Smith and Martin having sex years ago.
