Zach Bryan confirmed his arrest on his social media handles.
Zach Bryan got arrested due to obstruction of an investigation. He was taken into custody in Vinita, Oklahoma. He was released on bond on the same day. However, it was unclear what the obstruction of the investigation was.
After his release, he issued a statement on social media (below) showing support to law enforcement and also apologized to all the officers.
“Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Emotions got the best of me and I was out of line in the things I said. I support law enforcement as much as anyone can, I was just frustrated in the moment, it was unlike me and I apologize. They brought me to jail, and there is a mug shot of me floating around. Prayers we can all move on from this and prayers people know I’m just trying the best I can, I love you guys and I am truly sorry to the officers.”

Meanwhile, this arrest followed the success of Zach’s self-titled album topped the Billboard 200 for the week of September 9, 2023. It’s his fourth studio album, which was released on August 25, 2023. The first track released is “I Remember Everything,” featuring Kacey Musgraves. Currently, it’s at the top of the Billboard Top 100.
