Billie Eilish Opens Up Her Sexuality: Attraction to Women

Billie Eilish confessed about her attraction to women. Moreover, she also opened up about her feelings for exposing her private life to public eyes: her wearings, her dating companions, and her sexuality. Since she was a teenager, she has gone through a feeling that she is conscious of her body and people’s eyes, which was a nightmare.

“Being a woman is just such a war, forever, especially being a young woman in the public eye. It’s unfair.” Moreover, she also said that “It turns out that I’m young, and I have a whole life of shit I can do, maybe because my life became so adult very young, I forgot that I was still that young. I settled in a lot of ways: I lived my life as if I were in my 70s. I realized recently that I don’t need to do that.”(according to an interview done by Variety)

In addition, she has tried not to be sexualized in public.  In fact, she tries to wear outfits that restrict access to her body shape. “I have big boobs. I’ve had big boobs since I was nine years old, and that’s just the way I am. That’s how I look.” (according to Variety) Once she wore a tank top in public, the medias and her fans became a frenzy, and their eyes glued on her. In the end, even though she was just 16 years old at that time, she got sexual attention, which she did not want to get.

Billie Eilish has never felt herself as a girl

Billie also feels physical attraction toward other women. She admitted that she had some deep connections with women before. “I’m physically attracted to them. But I’m also so intimidated by them and their beauty and their presence,” according to Page Six. She has struggled with her identity and has been secret about her private life.

She last created a stir in a media about her relationship with Jesse Rutherford. They broke up less than a year after becoming a couple, and currently, they remain good friends; moreover, prior to Jesse, the singer dated Matthew Taylor Vorce for around a year, from 2021 to 2022.
