Billie Eilish shared her response to critics’ comments about her style and clothing via Instagram. Even though the story has been deleted since she posted it, her response reached large audiences. According to People, Billie Eilish addressed people’s comments about changing her style over time.

“I spent the first 5 years of my career getting absolutely OBLITERATED by you fools for being boy ish and dressing how i did & constantly being told i’d be hotter if i acted like a woman. Now when i feel comfortable enough to wear anything remotely feminine or fitting, i CHANGED and am a sellout.” she wrote in a selfie she posted on her Instagram story. “You guys are true idiots,” she continued, and then asked critics to “let women rest.”
