City Shred, Instagram’s largess fitness event, who recently launched its online sweat series where its community can tune into IG Live daily for a variety of classes from former Shred Trainers across the globe is about to level up its programming and launch the very first CITY SHRED Virtual Sweat next Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 on Zoom.

Dedicated to bringing the community together, globally, especially at a time when we should all be practicing social distancing – City Shred invites individuals to tune in for a fully-immersive, interactive workout experience where we can engage, and SEE, other participants joining in for an epic sweat, virtually. On or off the turf, we are fuelled by the energy of those around us and need to come together, even from the comfort of our home, to stay active, positive and healthy – so City Shred is set to deliver another epic sweat session with top trainers around the country, now online. We are hoping for hundreds of virtual high-5s!
