As mentioned in the TikTok video, the blind item alleges Bieber proposed to Gomez back in 2012 when the pair were approximately just 18 and 20 years old. Allegedly, the blind item claims Bieber proposed to Gomez but she said no- however, it also mentioned that “no doesn’t mean never.”
